Misaki Suzuki

Misaki focuses on employment law and intellectual property. On the employment side her work spans day-to-day advice, drafting and revising work rules, and handling individual disputes. She prefers to be involved while the rules are still being designed, because that is where disputes are most cheaply avoided.

In IP, her advice goes beyond whether a right can be obtained to which scope is actually worth protecting given the business.
