Yuko Okada

Yuko focuses on dispute resolution and restructuring and insolvency. Alongside her experience as counsel in litigation and arbitration, she has handled a large number of situations where cash had become the binding constraint, from out-of-court workouts through formal proceedings.

She takes the view that a dispute is not only about winning: the route to resolution should be chosen by what serves the client's business. Where litigation is unavoidable, she invests the time in evidence and legal theory needed to put the argument at its highest.
